Dirty floors bad service

On the evening of 25th January 2014 I phoned Nando's Parkview and placed an order to collect. On my arrival to collect my order could not be located as I was not given an order no when I phoned and placed the order. My ordee was then located and I proceeded to pay. My problem is that I have nevr experienced such a dirty floor especially the area where the cook was busy making the chicken. There where chips and sauce onthe floor. The employees where very untidy and shouting to each other and laughing music was so loud I could not hear what the amount was that I had to pay. After paying the amount of R212.50 I left and I am 3 min away from this specific Nando's so by that time the chips was cold and hard like old chips they seemed and tasted just like old chips. The chicken well disappointed isa nice word as the way it was cut was disgusting and untidy and it also was ice cold amazing. The 2 salads where fine but only 1 sachet of salad sauce and only 1 sachet of salt that is what I got for the price I paid. My order no was 13 according to my receipt. The uncleanliness bad service cold food very disappointed. Very unhappy with this dirty untidy Nando's!!! VERY UNHYGENIC!
