No response since decembe

I had complained abt uncooked chicken in december. I had received a call from the customer service. Been given a refrence number and I haven't heard anyting since. What upsets me the most is also your facebook page. Its an automated response. Nobody seems to care. Ref. No. P2/13/1892; that is my refrence number. I will be sure to be commenting on how disgusting your service is daily on facebook, so others are. Aware. Kfc not so finger lickin good. The standard of kfc has dropped tremendously. Sandton view kfc is another example of a bad store. Since my bad experince I haven't been to kfc and neither have my family or friends
