Worst service eve

This morning, I went threw the drivethrew at Kfc, I orderd 2 coffees and 2 burgers, we paid for 2 cappicinos, as we went to the last window to pick up the food, we waited for 10min after that time a woman came and told us the coffee is out of stock and is it posible to give us tea, as it is all they have at the moment, I told them it isint a problem aslong as it doesn't take long, beucause we are in a hurry, we waited another 15min and they brought our food but still no tea, I couldent wait anylonger and drove away without the tea, NO one came and told us that it will take a wile or even sed sorry that we waited. It is the second time that I had a problem with that kfc and nothing is being done, the staff are rude and there is no costumer service and it would be the last time that I would go to that pace
