No Service

I ordered around 12:48 (Chk 2240) at the drive through - 1 Zinger burger, drumstick and a drink. I was told then that I would have to wait 7 min for the Zinger buger. So I parked. I was made to wait 25 minutes. Only when I drove around again and decided not to move from queue, did they came up with the order. I had to request a slip as up to that moment I didn't even have the slip. They also couldn't refund me on my credit card but only in cash (and even the wrong amount!). What gets me is that there weren't a lot of customers inside and quite a few staff hanging around in front. So I missed out on lunch because of your service.
