Robinacres-ordered Hawaian Zinger Meal, white sauce on side, cream soda no ice, extra drink-Paid via CC, Sat-ice in drink, cold chips (at least 7 were burnt). Waited for maanger, finally dealt with Innocent (alone at counter with queue). On review of slip saw was charged R1 to put the sauce on the side instead of burger. No apology, and after complaining was told it would be refunded, just had to wait till somebody paid in cash so she could open till. Innocent insisted was fine now & wouldn't give me new slip which finally made me demand manager. Left, but came back to get slip to call complaints center. Made call, was told to the effect"area manager" would respond. After a days, manager Nomsa invited me to return & they would redo meal. Returned- Nomsa was nowhere to be found-Solly was called from outside around corner in garden on smoke break to assit. Had no idea or record of problem-after waiting in drive through, finally still recieved wrong burger, wrong sauce, no extra drink &to top it all they had no tomato sauce, nothing else just chilli spice. Called again & once more Solly begged for next try-Still got old leather piece of chicken, oily chips & complaint was elevated but not heard anything
