Bad Customer Service and Attitude!

I went to Chicken Licken in lakeside mall on Friday morning @ around 11am to buy hot wings,
I love chicken licken and find it the best spot to buy wings and I'm a regular buyer there... I was then disturbed by this lady's attitude and bad service on Friday, I went there to buy wings and she gives them to me without plastic and or tray and when I asked for plastic she said I must carry them like that because they do not give out plastics anymore, I asked if they are now sold so I can buy cos I can't go around carrying food like that she said she doesn't know then threw the plastic at me and left me at the counter.
this is totally unacceptable cos she should have just given me the service I deserve after all I'm a customer.
