Disgusting service at kfc

Ordered kfc at drive through, card facilities didn't work and therefore had to go into store defeating whole purpose of drive through. Got our order. All the food was ice cold!!! Then they didnt bother to pack spoons in even though we had ordered more than one mash with the other food. Then they didnt bother to pack a coke in we'd paid for!!! Such disgusting service. Worst kfc ever. Definitely wont go back there again. Why was there no sign outside so that we didnt have to sit in drive through queue for nothing???
