I had a small problem a while back and requested to speak to one of the managers on duty (the problem was not related to staff the shop in general)

I was helped by a young manager by the name Matthew. he is one of the most helpful and polite managers I have come across in years, he sorted out my problem in no time!!! Keep hold of this guy!
