What Goes into your sauces?!

Today is exactly one week since I placed a query on your website. To date I have still not received any response.
Let me refresh your memory... I buy your sauces and spices and find them especially helpful when I need to slap something tasty together in a rush. Last week was one of those days and I prepared some steak and pasta and added your sauce to the mix. While emptying the sauce packet I noticed what looked like little crystals of salt and proceeded to finish the dish and served my husband and our toddler. The first bite I took, I felt the horrid crunch between my teeth. Upon closer inspection, what I thought were salt crystals in the sauce, was clearly not as it did not cook down to nothing. I mentioned on the website that I took the food back from my family and threw it in a container. It is still in my fridge as i am sure you would need to run tests on it. I even kept the packaging, also still in my fridge. I expect to hear from you soonest since i need to know what to do with the other spur sauces I have in my cupboard. I am sure that your delay in response was caused by a glitch on the website, which is why i am making use of this wonderful site.
