Unhygienic food

Went to to kfc this morning bought food to the value of real only to discover that one of the many wings I purchased was covered in some Web type which is LOOK Disgusting. Went back to the store showed them the wings and after doing this manger stood with a smile and then gave utter disrespect towards me. I am really upset and disgusted of the customer service which I have experienced from the manager bonita at the kfc branch in grassy park. I don't feel she is fit for the role of a manager.
