KFC
No able to fulfill an orde

The only reason I am writing about this KFC branch is that this is the 3rd bad experience I have had with them. I arrived at KFC just before 9.30 pm and check their trading hours were until 22.00 as displayed on their entrance doors. The shop was busy and despite this there was only 1 person taking orders. After a 10 minute wait I placed my order only to be told the order could not be fulfilled as there was not enough cooked chicken. Surely if your business hours are until 22.00 I assume so too is your menu. If not then let customers know upon entry so that they do not waste their time.
We are encouraged to support our local businesses but I am afraid this will be the last time I visit KFC Sunnydale. I know that I am only 1 person but hopefully this message reaches everybody who has had a bad experience with this lot.
Enough is enough. Third strike and you out.
