Closed for early suppe

After the last time I was there and I witnessed the manager chastise my waiter between tables and customers for no valid reason, I was trepid about returning there, but I was to climb Lion's Head for sunset and full moon on Thursday and wanted an early supper in the area so I thought to give them another chance, Dressed still in my formal office attire, not yet in hiking kit.

I arrived there to find that they were closed! They open at 6pm.

So anyone wanting an early supper, let's say before a hike or a theatre show or a movie isn't going to achieve that!

Saigon, you lost business. I had supper at Andiamos in the Cape Quarter. A delicious meal at a similar price.

If they can be open at 5pm, why can't you? Oh, and I wasn't the only person eating then either, there were several other tables occupied! Early supper is popular!
