WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED

Why offer a "delivery" service if you cannot live up to the name? I called the call centre to place an order for a delivery and spoke to "Mabongi" I then placed my order via her and was informed by her that the order will be delivered to my door in 45 minutes, a little after 1 hour passed, I then called the call centre to find out where is my delivery and was then informed that NO order was placed! question is... what are call centres for? all calls are recorded rite? secondly, after calling the "Area" manager "REKA", as a customer I had every RIGHT to be upset! any customer will be, and she had the absolute audacity to cut my call, not once, but 4 times! she has no compassion for a customer what so ever! no sense of empathy either! and she is supposed to be an "AREA" manager? LOL! She is absolutely Pathetic! I asked her over 5 times for the owners number, and the number was only sent to me via an SMS 15 minutes later! Its shocking honestly. if you as a "senior" manager cannot acknowledge the frustration that I as a customer endured, then you are truly PATHETIC! you are just a leader with NO title!!!
