Filthy restaurant

We purchased ice cream from Milky Lane at North Beach, Durban. The seating area outside the restaurant had "old" litter that has not been cleaned up for at least a few weeks, and it appears the tables do not get wiped down regularly either. The work station area behind the counters is not clean with dirty papers on the floor. My husband only told me after we had finished out ice creams that he saw THREE COCKROACHES running around by the coffee and ice cream maker!! I would never have bought if I saw this before, and certainly will not be purchasing any product from there ever again. The manager was present (both times we have been there in the last 2 days) but obviously cleanliness and hygiene is of no concern to him.
