Spit or hand in colddrink

On Wednesday evening the 15th of January 2014 my husband went into Kentucky to buy take away food and a Strawberry Krusher. He saw the guy in the back taking the cup and putting it to his mouth. It looked like he spit in it. He asked the manager to view the camera footage. They said they will view it and reply by phone.

when she phoned him she said: " he only put his hand over the cup... and shook it"

NOT TRUE... according to hubby...

is it any case acceptable to place your bare hand over an open cup and shake it?

They refuse us to view the video.
