Animals in food shop

Good day,
I would like to report the OK GROCER in krugersdorp west on rustenburg rd, they have a number of cats sleeping and living in the shop, we have seen it sleeping in the bakery part, on the buns. They have a sign saying that they do not allow any pets, but they have cats living there. Their food is also always stail i have never bought something there that was fresh, if you confront them about it they have a really bad attitude.
