Farenheit Restaurant
A most displeasing experience

On the 4th of January 2014 my husband and I met up with friends for lunch. Having been to Farenheit before and having a good experience it was my suggestion that we go there.
These are my complaints:
1. The toasted bread that they offer as a complimentary addition to your meal is of poor quality and a disappointment.
2. It took 20 mins to order a round of drinks.
3. The waiter named Mandla became very scarce after we received our meal and was no where to be found.
4. The extra mushroom sauce was inadequate and only amounted to a few pathetic spoons worth, so I asked that they please give me a full portion. I had to ask a different waiter to do this as Mandla was still missing. 15-20 mins later the sauce is returned and has been watered down to give the illusion of more sauce. Now my medium rare steak is cold. So I ask it to be warmed up and when it returns 10mins later it is now a well done steak. I ask for the manager.
5. The manager suggested to have a new steak cooked and that he would do it himself to which I had no choice to say no as everyone at the table had long finished their meals and placing another order would mean another lengthy wait. Still no Mandla.
SHOCKING!!
