No service waited 3 hours for cold food

I went t gate way to spend time with my family and we were only going to be there for one day.that was the only day we would be together and now it is gone due to bad service and 3hours waiting for for our meals at ocean basket and we are only going to see each other next year.we bought the family platter as we were hungry.were very hungry.called waiter to comlain and he ran away then avoided us for 2 hours.very unhappy with service never going there again and you are going to lose lots of customers with service like this.im 12 years old and using my dads acount to complain.i am the future customer so you must fix this error very quickly.
