Over charge

We had 2 pizza's and drinks for 5 adults and 4 kids we later got the bill and the manager had added a sharing charge of 80 rand and a extra charge of have more than 9 adults when we were 5 adults and 4 kids. I asked the manager why he had added the extra charges without telling me about the extra charges. He then advised me that its normal but it was in the new menu and not the menu I was using. After the emabbaresment of of having to go back I just walked away. I am quite disgusted at the extra charges without telling us about it. I hope you can help me to clear this up for me. Also they charged us 14 rand for a kiddie pack, that any other place would give us for free. The bill should have been 400 but got pushed up to 600 and something. I hope you can clear this up for me.
