BAD FOOD AND NO RESPONSE FOR 49 days after contact

I have been complaining from 20 November for bad food i bought on the 17th of November. This is unacceptable. I keep getting hellopeter responses that kfc will be in contact but nothing. what the is wrong with kfc??? i have contacted kfc directly and made two other hellopeter complaints but nothing has been done. i give up!!!
