Very Bad attitude

Below is an e-mail I sent to the Head Office, todate I still have NOT had a reply, this is SO BAD, even their Head Office could not Care!!!

Good Morning,

I was most upset last night when my wife and I went to Giramundos at the Douglasdale centre.

My wife and I went to get some chicken, and arrived at 19:55 23 Jan 2013.
We walked in and were greeted by the teller clicking her tongue in an most unhappy and unprofessional way.
Then she turned to the cook and said something, unfortunately I did not understand.
The cook in turn said something back and marched past us and closed the door.

To which the teller proceeded to ignore us and do something with her till.

I looked around for some kind of sign, be it on the doors or walls showing trading hours, but there was nothing.

We were completely ignored...

Not even a sorry sir we are closed or we have turned off the ovens - NOTHING.

Needless to say we left and went to Nandos to get our dinner.

Sorry to say that we will never be going there again.
