KFC
KFC SO NOT GOOD ANYMORE

I went to the KFC in Standerton, where Greyhound makes it's stop. People PLEASE DON'T GO THERE. The attitude is horrible and. The lady was helping people who were of her colour and left everyone else waiting. Also when we finally got service, it was like we were wasting her time. My mom is allergic to chicken, so i thought to get her a mash and gravy. BAD IDEA. Chicken pieces were floating in the gravy soup. I complained to kfc head office (case number: CAS-41701-B2T9C1), got the manager phoning to apologise and promise vouchers. As yet i haven't got it. This was in NOVEMBER 2013. Made numerous calls, emails and recieved no response and plenty empty promise. KFC isn't what they used to be. Would rather starve than go there. as far as the voucher is concerned, I don't want it anymore coz they took all the joy and satisfaction i used to get from eating there!!!
