Terrible experience

Brought the family to Rivonia Spur for my daughters birthday. No Creme Soda, kiddies pizza, macaroni cheese. Have sat in a draft for over an hour with the entrance door slamming shut every 2 minutes. To top off our experiece the child minder at the play area has taken it upon herself to take my sons cellphone out of his jacket and play with it herself. I think head office should pay a visit to this branch as it is really dragging the Spur name down.
