Problem with KFC ice-cream

On 02/01/14 my father bought the family lunch at the Promenade branch in Mitchells Plain.
Fries missing from one of the meals and my strawberry milkshake was literally plain ice-cream. Seriously plain white ice-cream which could not be sipped from the straw. If someone could just say they were out of it I could have ordered something else!

Then on 03/04/14 once again my dad made a purchase at the Westridge branch in Mitchells Plain, this time the cream turned out to be water instead. I've had this before and it tasted delicious and creamy but this time it was totally gross, the ice-cream was icy/watery & yucky! Totally not enjoyable and they ended up down the sink after the water had melted down which never took that long. I'm not sure what is happening, is it only branches in Mitchells Plain? What is up with the ice-cream issue?
