Everyweek thing

Placed my order by the drive through.2 cooldrinks but no holder so how do they expect me to drive and hold cooldrinks when started eating my burger its not what I ordered and the zinger wings I received was all small.i went back to swop the burgers and informed the manager but he did not have much to say. As I finished my meal there was no servietts, how they expect me to clean my hands? this is a everyweek bad service experience I receive but its the closest KFC to me thus I go there.
