Disgusting once again

Tonight was the last straw, I have had bad food here a couple of times, especially their chips which are re heated and reheated again by dipping back into the obviously very old oil and the chips end up either being burnt and oily or soggy and oily with a nasty old oil taste. Or chips that have not even had a chance to cook right through so they are now crunchy! I did not receive a item which I paid for in my bag of take a way even though she said it was coming and I was chatting to another lady. I was given the wrong items and when I ordered x4 crushers at almost R19 each i maight add, just a glorified dam milkshake! they put them into Coke cups so my daughter carried hers to our car and the cup folded and whoosh all over my car and the floor as that kind of cup cannot take a heavy load of mlkshake like a crusher, is that not why they have their own special cups? I thought all KFC branches HAD to abide by the rules of code for all branches concerning things like this? I finally got home took out another crusher out the cardboard holder and whoosh same thing, it folded all over my floor! Funny thing is the other lady I was chatting to at KFC was also complaining about the branch!
