About a month ago, i went to KFC drive through in Pinetown. I received two cokes with my meal, given to me in those cups with giant holes in the top (later found out that they were Crusher cups). On my way home, i went over a bump and the coke went all over the car seat!

I cannot, for the life of me, understand why i would be given coke with giant holes in the top of the cups?? Who is responsible for a decision for giving cokes to drivers leaving the premises, knowing they have to drive away?? My seats now have a huge mark on them, a mark that i got due to a direct result of that decision!

Anyway, i sent KFC a long complaint on the 3rd Dec and are yet to receive so much as an acknowledgment of my email. This is why im left sending this report on hellopeter.

I want to know if this is a once off from that branch, or a general thing that KFC does?

I have bad MANY mad incidents at the Pinetwon drive through, and if this is directly a result of a decision from that branch, i would like this taken further!

In addition, i want to know why no one responded to my email?
