Owner/manager? shouts at customers and storms away

Absolutely disgusted at the way we were treated by the manager/owner. We asked to substitute berries for nuts in one of the pancakes and when the bill came there was an extra charge. While enquiring as to why there was an extra charge, MID SENTENCE, the manager/owner (guy with curly hair) screamed at us that he knows how to run his business and stormed off. This is completely unacceptable behaviour, mid day, in front of the rest of the customers. All we needed was a simple explanation. As locals we will NEVER return, and will advise all our friends (both local and international) to stay far away. What a disappointment.
