Bad to Worse - Nandos Umhlanga

My girlfriend I visited our local Nandos (Durban, Umhlanga) along with her family. We placed our orders and looked for a place to sit as we felt like "dining in". We found a table however had to wait for up to 10 minutes for the table to cleared and cleaned from the previous sitting.

When HALF our food arrived, a whole 50 minutes later, it came through cold, over cooked, and dry. We were practically served luke warm chicken that was lightly sprinkled with sauce. the balance arrived 5 minutes later as they forgot to serve this. Also what was ordered was spicy rice - this was served dry and clumping together as if it was reheated for way too long in a microwave. We sent the rice back and got a refund. Soon after we wanted to by coleslaw but this was sold out thus further disheartening our crave for Nandos. We waited a few more minutes for cutlery as well.

the only reason why SOME of us ate the inferior food was due to the fact that we did not eat in over 10 hours however my girlfriend took hers and half of mine and fed it to our dogs.
Immediately after, we sort the nearby KFC who satisfied our craving and hunger completely.
