My voucher was along with my wallett

I received the voucher from steers a few days after the complaint about the Wacky Wednesday special that ran out of stock. The following week my wallet was out of my bag while I was shopping in Woolworths. I phoned the Steers customer line and told them what happened and they said they could do nothing for me, I have not been back to that outlet since then and frankly their attitude towards me was unacceptable.
