Called to reserve a table for 2 for early dinner

Tried to call Maestro's on Monday evening, 4:30 PM to reserve a table for 2 for dinner. The lady on the phone says early dinner is from 6:00 pm onwards when they start to get very busy, so they're fully booked!!! and I can't reserve a table.
Either you get busy, or you're fully booked, but don't make pathetic excuses. Ate once before there, wasn't too impressed, decided to try once more, and guess what, I'll never try again.
