Bad service from Bayside brch and KFC Head Office

At approximately 8.35pm on the 22 December 2013, I called in at the Bayside branch to buy some "Zinger wings" only to be told that they do not have any. At this stage it looked like the staff were more interested in cleaning up and going home. I then asked the lady serving me if they could make me some, only this time to be told that they were out of stock. I asked her what they did have available and still not being much interested, she pointed to what looked like a few pieces of chicken breasts. (I don't know how long they had been lying there).

They weren't prepared to go out of their way to cook any other meal - only interested in getting ready to go home. Eventually I walked out disgusted with their service. This, unfortunately, has left me with a bad impression of KFC.

On the 23 December, I placed my complaint on the KFC web site and received a response on that web site that I would be contacted within 48 hours. Still waiting. What impression does this give one of KFC, if even their head office is not interested in their customers? Even their email address [Email Removed] listed on their web site doesn't exist. Mail is returned undelivered.
