Multiple KFC complaints

A few weeks ago, I went into the KFC during lunch time. The queue was very long so I hd no choice but to excercise some patience. I finally got to the till, produced my cheque card and was told that the card machines don't work. This has happened many times before and is very annoying! On Friday morning I went to buy breakfast at 7.30 and was told that there was no cheese! I either had to wait for 20 minutes ore accept my order without cheese at the normal price. The service is painfully slow! The store could be empty and still one would have to wait for long periods for a simple order. This is not the first time that I have experienced such bad service. I am left with no option but to report such disrespect and disregard for customers.
