Shop will be out of business in no time

This complaint is written so that someone higher than the manager, the owner perhaps, or the brand knows that the manager Steven is running the investment into the ground, so that maybe a disaster can be averted. I don't want to go into details on a public forum, but am happy to discuss it with someone who cares enough to make a change. I'd also like to be able to order my favourite pizza when next I come down from Joburg, but some big changes would need to be made to restore my faith. I can't possibly believe that this is a once off series of bad events on one order.
