Horrible service and rotten food served

I was having lunch with friends and my meal and my friend's meat had a sour/funny smell. When we notified the waitress of this she gave us attitude and when the assistant manager (Buhle) came to address the problem he had an even worse attitude and tried to to me by saying ribs tend to have that offish taste, I said I'm not happy and I'm not going to tip, this is when things got worse and I never got the follow up drinks I ordered and my spur loyalty card was not swipped because the teller was not happy I didn't tip her friend. The guy then to me and said he had swiped da card when instead he just printed my points balance. I am a loyal patron of Spur and saddened that my son had to see me that angry over service, I am also outraged and will never recommend/visit that particular restaurant.
