Disappointment @ service quality

After watching a movie @ galleria, I visited KFC to buy a meal for my family. It took forever to receive my order and 25 min for them to make a salad. To add to my dismay when I spoke to the manager he simply just nodded his said, that's it! My experience with this store didn't end there - when I reached home, one of my orders which I paid for, was not packed!

This is really poor customer service. Customers are integral to any business and it's sad that this store hasn't understood this. I sincerely hope that I receive a response and this is dealt with!
