Disappointed in the food quality

I am a frequent buyer at nandos as I love their food, naturally when a branch was opened closer to my residence I was ecstatic!!! How ever that was short lived.there has been nothing but disappointment at that particular outlet. On one occasion I had chicken that was still raw on the inside. I brought this to the attention of the store manager. Yesterday we orderered a full family meal only to receive a salad with the lettuce turned brown. Another factor is that they advertise combo meals after you have paid and get your order to find out they don't have coke. Yesterday they were out of stock of butter. Wonder when the day will come when they out of chicken...
