Bad attitude from manage

I went to KFC on the 22nd and the drive thru was closed because apparently "there was a backlog" I queued for 25 minutes and finally assisted by a cashier named Travinia, I ordered 6 piece family treat and requested not to have wings. Travinia said it's impossible as the wings came with the package. She then called the manager named Doris who came and asked what I wanted. I explained to her and got the shock of my life when she (Doris) told me that as a customer I can't choose pieces of chicken myself and I should know that KFC Groblersdal is not the same as the ones in JHB where customers choose what they want. She then left me with my mouth wide open because I was shocked by the way she talked to me and how disrespectful she was to me as a customer. I have never seen such character in a "manager". The owners must wake up and see what their managers are doing to their businesses.
