Manager changed pricing details for wine

All other Ocean Basket restaurants give you a 250ml carafe of wine. This is about 2 glasses. Check the menu. Kenilworth Centre deviated from the normal. They only gave me a small glass and when I queried said this is how it is recorded on their tills. The waiter was unaware. The manager apologised and said that the bar lady made a mistake. He denied manipulating the till and said it will not happen again. How many times have they done this.
