Pan Africa - Worst Ever!

Good Day, so this is the 2nd time in less than 2 months complaining about this specific branch. Just ordered a Zesty Cheese Burger from them for delivery - making sure that its ordered chicken as the lady who ordered it doesn't eat meat. Got delivered and it was beef. Phoned the store and the lady manager said that we didn't specify correctly according to the lady who took the order. Now they say they can only bring the correct food after 3pm as the driver is busy. So we all ate and she is sitting without food.

Seriously not ordering from this branch again. This whole office is regular clients of this branch because most people are Halaal. But the 2nd time in less than 2 months is just pathetic... last time we had terrible food.
