Panarottis Pizza Pasta
Bad service

I went to panarotis with my family only to have our dinner ruined by people who don't listen. My mother odered cheese chicken and mayo twists with sweet chilli. The waitress brought it back with no chicken. She didn't even know that there should be sweet chilli sauce with it, until I said so. Then she apologized. And the manager came we told him the situation and that we no longer want what we ordered we want lasagna. He agrees then he brings back the previous order of twists. He then sends the waitress and says we didn't tell him that we want lasagna. The whole experience was so bad that we took a doggy bag paid the bill and left. I'm not sure why we had such bad service. I've never had this experience before. Was really dissapointed, chances are I'll never go back there. I guess the "big on family" is not true.
