Shady deals at KFC

We went to the KFC tonight (the drive-through one in PDP Kruger street) and ordered a tower meal and a mini twister. I pay for it and when I pick it up, the woman does no tell me what's in the packet. I then have to look myself, and see that they ONLY gave me the tower burger and the chips, no twister. I ask where the twister is and I get told that I "ordered it, but didn't pay for it", which makes absolutely no sense. How can they have on record that I ordered it but they didn't charge me for it. After arguing, she says I must go inside to use my card (I paid with card for the meal). After scrounging enough money to pay for the twister, I pay for it and the woman and man (who were both very rude) start shouting "next car" in my ear while I am putting the meal aside and putting the change in my wallet. The service is once again absolutely disgusting.
