KFC' Mom's night of is a nightmare

HI I have complained about this before and I find it Highly annoying that this problem still persists and this time at a different branch, Last year on 3 occasions we went to KFC Strubens Valley and each time they did not pack the chips or numerous other items were always missing from our Packs. I did not buy from them for a while because it became a long procedure to get Take aways from them. Tonight I decided to give them another chance but at a different branch in Ruimsig thinking it would be highly unlikely it could happen again, well guess what I ordered the variety with chips and they LEFT out the chips again. I dint know if these thing are done purposefully... like I said what are the chances. it actually seems as if they have been ordered to do this hoping the Consumer will just leave it which we have done ourselves. So when I get Take Aways at KFC I end up driving up and down in TRAFFIC to get my supper sorted it really isn't worth it.
