Ripping off clients and poor quality of food

On 24 December, I ordered pizzas and subs for the staff at my office and each staff was supposed to get an individual sub or pizza. I ordered 2 X Something meaty subs and was charged R31.90 each only to get the order and find that we were given a regular sub cut in 2, which is cheaper than 2 real deal subs but was not refunded for the difference.

I also ordered POP-ITZ, only to have them overcooked to such an extent that the cheese had all come out and all we sat with was empty shells where the filling should have been.

I immediately laid a complaint but to date have not received any feedback.

Debonairs obvioualy does not need future business
