Manager not fit to handle clients

Very regular clients that always eat the buffet special. Tonight we asked if we could change from buffet to pay per plate as we had to leave earlier. The waiter explained it can't be done, so I asked the manager and she said exactly the same. Now, this is not the issue, my issue with this individual is how she approached me and the way she spoke to me. I made it very clear that I understand they deal with a lot of students and it must be frustrating, but I'm not a student. Still, she addressed me in a very afrikaans "jy" and "jou" and made it very clear that she will call me just what she like. Also, if I could get my hands on the CCTV footage, I would like to point out the attitude and the use of arms/hands. She then told me in a very sarcastic tone that she probably needs more training and doesn't know how to deal with clients, this coming from the manager. I told her that I am not looking for a fight, I just wanted to bring to her attention that she could chase away quite a lot of clients, she couldn't care less. She was very unprofessional and I really want to go back to this restaurant, but this needs to be sorted out first. I really hope someone in charge will contact me.
