Occured more than once

Standing in a q for more than a half and hour and customers standing in the back of the line got served when they walked to the counter and called one of the staff! I am very disappointed as it occured more than once! Its a matter that needs to be dealt with! Rather get different staff members and the manager doesn't even take note of these things happening! I am done with that kfc!!! Such a poor work ethic!
