HOW MANY TIMES MUST I ASK AND STILL I DONT GET IT

I buy Nandos once a week minimum! But the last few weeks I haven't been getting what I ask for and by the time I back at work its too late to rectify it. Today I told the lady who took my order TWICE especially since theyve been getting it wrong the last few weeks.
