Nino's consistent terrible service

The thing I can always expect from Nino's is consistency. They can always provide me with consistent bad service. Sometimes the food is cold, quite often its burnt and then masked under some sauce or the other. Their Mediterranean veg is disgusting and cheap when compared to what you are paying for. Many a time we have been kept waiting for over an hour for our food and the manager is of no help. You would think that being situated in such a hotspot would ensure that Nino's strives to provide consistent good service, but sadly this is not the case.
I honestly hope that they start pulling up their socks soon before they start running out of business.
