Otten food, bad service, bad attitude

I odered rib and wings. Ribs were off, wings were dry, I asked for my waiter if she can help rectify she said she will call her manager. She went to her manager Ntokozo who was at the till who gave her attitude I waited over 30 min until I went to ask for her personally. Another manager Khaya was sent to me who just came also with an attidude stood there said nothing stired at me like a fool. And told me they were AWARE of the problem and aske me what would I want for compensation. They went for a long time time too getting e another meal. This is not the first, second? third time I have been getting this service from this restuarant. To mention a feww. Galls there have their fluffy hair untied, water t wash hands were cold. I mean I am very disappointed at the service of this place. I have been a regular customer for as long as I remeber but my moving office to work at Esikhawini has made me not going to spur any more.
