Best Curry in Cape Town

We enjoyed a truly memorable dinner at Vandiar's last night. The setting in Dunkerley Square is romantic and attractive. Although tables are available outside under the trees, the weather lead one to seek the welcoming and comfortable ambiance of the richly decorated Victorian semi that houses the restaurant. The restaurant was quite busy but that did not stop 2 friendly and attentive waiters ensuring that we and all the guests were served drinks on arrival and helped to select from the menu.
The menu may be small but I rate this the best, most tasty, Indian curry restaurant in Cape Town; beating some much more expensive restaurants in the City nearby. It was an enjoyable evening and we will be sure to return.
